NAME
       synchronize_net - Synchronize with packet receive processing

SYNOPSIS
       void synchronize_net(void);

ARGUMENTS
       void
	   no arguments

DESCRIPTION
       Wait for packets currently being received to be done. Does not block
       later packets from starting.
