difftime()

Calculate the difference between two times

Synopsis:

#include <time.h>

double difftime( time_t time1, 
                 time_t time0 );

Arguments:

time1, time0
The times to compare, expressed as time_t objects.

Library:

libc

Use the -l c option to qcc to link against this library. This library is usually included automatically.

Description:

The difftime() function calculates the difference between the calendar times specified by time1 and time0:

time1 - time0

Returns:

The difference between the two times (in seconds).
