Reset the alpha attribute to its default value

Synopsis:

void PgDefaultAlpha(PhGC_t * GC);

Arguments:

GC: A pointer to a graphics context, as returned by PgCreateGC().

This function resets the alpha attribute portion of the provided graphics context to its system default.
