Here is the vim editor I made on a
VAX 6630
running VMS V5.5-2
with 7:51    VAX C      V3.2-044

The login.com file has the settings I needed make it work

I created the zip file by ftping the *.exe files binary from the vax to 
my pc and winzip'ed them up with winzip 7.0 SR-1(1285)
I created the login.com file by ftping it up ascii from the vax to my pc
and then on the pc I deleted all the lines except the ones for VIM.
